We'll ship out your order within 1 day since the time we need to confirm your payment,use International Express Service for all deliveries, it takes about several days to your door.Additional delays may occur during the months,due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and Customs.

Shoe Palace is not responsible for lost or damaged items in the transit. A confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped. This email includes the order details with the tracking information to track your order. If the shipment tracking status shows 'Delivered' and the shipment is still lost for various reasons such as the non-availability of buyer to recieve the package OR if the shipment is left at doorstep, Shoe Palace is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to make proper arrangements for receieving the expected package.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service before sending. So sorry that we can't cancel order if it was shipped out. Thank you for your understanding. If you insist on cancelling your order, please observe our return policy.

Return Policy
Goods must be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. Shoe boxs must be unmarked and placed inside a postage bag when returned, otherwise charges may be incurred.

Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you neednt to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.If you want to return your item, please contact our customer service after you received them. Please provide your name and order ID.All return items must keep their original condition. Not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached, and you have to pay the return fee, shipping costs, restocking fee.
